Antique Treen Snuff Shoe - Double Opening, Dated And Birds

This snuff shoe has many attributes. It has the unusual feature of opening both at the top and underneath. The shoe has brass pique work decoration of a bird on the lid and a flower on the toe of the shoe, along with a set of brass buttons. It is also dated 1878.
