An Antique Tunbridge Ware Travelling Mirror - With Old Label

This lovely Tunbridge mirror dates from the early 1800s. It has a map of the surrounding area of Brighton in the centre on the lid,
 
surrounded by painted leaves and flowers. The lid opens to reveal a mirror.
 
There is also a hanging loop, and a label inside saying
 
''The Environs Brighthelmstone'' published Sept 22, 1800, by T Wine Tunbridge
 
Note the old name for Brighton before it was shortened.
 
It measures 20cm l.
