Museum Quality 18ct Gold Omega Seamaster Deville with Boxes, Papers and Buckle from 1962

This is a fabulous example of a vintage mens watch made by the premium Swiss maker Omega.

This is a rare museum quality solid 18ct gold Seamaster Deville Automatic with inner and outer boxes, original paperwork, original solid gold Omega buckle and original Omega alligator strap

It has the fully automatic 24 jewel calibre 552 movement one of Omegas most reliable automatics it has just been serviced and is running to within original Omega specification.

Model reference number is 14905 made in 1962. The the first two years of the Omega Deville Seamasters were not marked Deville on the dial just Seamaster.

The Seamaster logo on the back of the case is bright and crisp.

It is fully marked Omega on the dial, movement and case as you would expect.

The watch has the very rare diamond bright cut dial that shimmers as it catches the light, it is totally original and has had no restoration. Its like new.

The case has been ultrasonically cleaned and lightly hand polished to bring out the colour, it is absolutely pristine and looks like its spent most of its life tucked away in a drawer rarely worn.

The serial number of the movement indicates a manufacture of 1962. with the paperwork indicating that it was sold a little later in 1963

The watch case measures 35mm in diameter not including the crown
