Fine ormolu frieze depicting a winged putti observing the heavens through a telescope. White enamel dial signed 'Tison à Paris' with Breguet moon hands. Eight day silk suspension movement. Marble block base and very fine quality feet. Beautiful example, well cast and chiselled with both matt and burnished mercury gilt bronze finishes. France, circa 1810.
