Attractively shaped and yet simple wood framed Louis XIV style upholstered French bed . Undulating shaping makes this bed particularly pleasing. Small carved detail on feet reminds us al. that it is French. Suitable for 140cm x 190cm /4'6" s 6'3" inside the rails A wider 150cm mattress could be accommodated with minimal overhang and we could extend the rails to suit a 200cm length for an additional £250.

The velvet pistachio green coloured upholstery is perfectly usable, with nice close nail detail is in good condition, this has been cleaned and freshened for ongoing use. We can re-upholster in fabric (supplied by the customer) for an additional £600.

Whole bed has been cleaned, checked and sympathetically restored to ensure the originality prevails and that it is of solid, sturdy construction and good assembly.

Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress). As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases for superior mattress support and to raise the get into bed height.
