An impressive and highly decorative collection of 35 Victorian Pratt Ware pot lids, attractively displayed within a bespoke giltwood mount and enclosed by an elegant swept giltwood frame. Dating from around 1880, the collection offers a fascinating glimpse into Victorian life and taste through its diverse range of colourful and finely detailed scenes.

The lids depict a wide variety of subjects, including famous buildings, notable personalities of the period, country houses, rural pursuits, horse racing, fishing, and scenes of everyday domestic and working life. Renowned for their vibrant colours and exceptional detail, Pratt Ware pot lids were produced by the celebrated Pratt factory and remain highly sought after by collectors today.
