Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
With an outward flared rim, of scallop profile, the scallops forming the raised and rounded concave collar, before the rounded shoulders, tapering to an outward curved foot rim, finished with a scallop edge, as per the upper rim. The ends mounted with a pair of handles, emerging from leaf brackets.
Date circa 1850.
