A rare and characterful Early 20th Century Antique English Studio Pottery Figurine, "The Piccadilly Rose Woman" produced by Charles Vyse , { 1882 - 1971 } at his Chelsea, London studio, Circa 1922. cf. See the Catalogue, "Figures and Stoneware Pottery by Charles Vyse 1882 - 1971", produced to accompany the Exhibition held from 3rd to 20th December 1974 at 148 New Bond Street, London, by Richard Dennis in conjunction with The Fine Art Society, where an example of this model is illustrated on Page 13. The rear of the platform base impress marked CHARLES VYSE CHELSEA.
