Antique French Demi Lune Chest of Drawers with Marble Top

Description

A superb quality Antique French Demi Lune Chest of Drawers in French Empire style with Gilt Bronze mounts, having Tulipwood quartered veneers which are crossbanded with Rosewood and inlaid with Fine Satinwood line detail, this chest has two deep drawers and on shallow drawer above in the apron they are all Oak lined and are Dovetail Jointed. The Laurel Leaf Handles, Ribbon & Swag Escutcheons and Interlocking Swirl mounts are all finely cast in Bronze and Gilded the chest is finished with lovely tooled edge Rouge Red Marble top.
