Art Deco Silver Marcasite Pearl Teardrop Screwback Earrings

Description

Elegant vintage silver earrings with twinkly cut-steel marcasites and champagne-coloured faux pearl dangles. Suitable for pierced or non-pierced ears.

SIZE: 4.7cm long. The pearly drops are approximately 8 x 12mm.

WEIGHT: 7.3g.

MATERIALS: Sterling silver, marcasite, simulated pearls.

HALLMARKS/STAMPS: None found. The metal tests as at least 925 sterling silver.

CONDITION: Very good antique/vintage condition with all marcasites present and original screws in good working order. We have not overpolished the silver patina but this could easily be taken to a higher shine if that's your preference.

ERA: Estimated Art Deco (c.1920-30s).
