Puckerings has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The underside of all three pieces are marked JBC&S for the Birmingham silversmith's, J.B. Chatterley & Sons Ltd. Also marked Hard Soldered, Made In England and EPNS for Electro-Plated Nickel Silver. The sugar and cream jug are lavishly gilded on the interior.
Dating to the early 20th century c.1910 / 1920. Excellent condition, the teapot measures 9 1/2" handle to spout x 6 1/4" tall to top of finial; the sugar measuring 4 3/4" x 3 3/4" x 5 1/2" tall to top of swing handle; the milk jug measuring 5 3/4" handle to pourer x 3" x 3 1/4" tall.
A real interior decorator's delight, looking very elegant placed in numerous places.
