The Fancy Fox has dated this Chelsea Porcelain Rococo Vase to the 18th Century.
Ornamented with fine, ornate gilding and finished with gilt edges and rim. Gold anchor mark, c.1759-1768.

Provenance: Christie's Sale 14426 "Five Private Collections" on 07 June 2017, lot 416. Retail sticker for Melbourne Antiques.
Reference: a very similarly decorated vase is illustrated in Chelsea Porcelain by Adams, fig. 11.21.

It measures 18.8cm (7 3/8") high, 12.8cm (5") wide across the handles and 7cm (2 3/4") deep.
Condition is excellent with no damage, repair or restoration. There is an unusual small area of enamel loss to one reserve, to a patch of greenery to one side of the scene. Minimal handling wear to enamels or gilding. The inside is finely crazed from manufacture.
