Late 19th.c. metamorphic library steps and side chair in oak c.1880. Backrest and seat fold over to make a useful set of library steps with the top step at 35" from the floor. Quatrefoil moulded detail to the backrest. Large brass hinges and locking stays. Very good colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
