Description

A lovely antique pocket-watch-style locket pendant, with two panes of glass contained within a gold-plated silver frame. The top unscrews to enable you to insert your own pictures or photographs.

SIZE: 3.7 x 2.7cm. The glass is 2.2cm diameter.

WEIGHT: 4.1g.

MATERIALS: Gold-plated silver, glass.

HALLMARKS/STAMPS: Stamped 800 (silver fineness).

CONDITION: In very good antique condition, with light wear to the gold plating, mostly on the outsides of the balls and around the top where it would be grasped to twist off.

ERA: Estimated late Victorian/Edwardian (c.late 1800s-1914).
