An exhibition quality large 19th Century walnut and ormolu open bookcase, having a wonderful figured and shaped top which is also crossbanded, the frieze below having decorative engraved ormolu moulding and further ormolu moulding at the bottom of the frieze, with four ormolu patraes at the centre, the bookcase having six adjustable shelves which is split into three sections with four concave pillars with further wonderful figuration, crossbanding on the sides and supported on a plinth base with decorated with engraved ormolu moulding. In excellent condition and having a lovely warm walnut colour.
