CONDITION REPORT
In good antique condition throughout with signs of age and use. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches, knocks and rubbing consistent with use. The shelves and boarded back to the rack show expected wear, marks and historic staining from use and display, as photographed.

Evidence of historic woodworm is present in places, though this is long inactive and the piece has been treated as a precaution. There are historic repairs and alterations consistent with the age of the piece, including repairs and losses to areas of the back edge, minor shrinkage to the timber. The dresser retains a pleasing overall appearance and remains structurally solid and sound. The drawers run well, the cupboard doors open and close as intended, and the rack is sturdy and secure.
