K0643 Very attractive Arts and Crafts dressing table stool, having newly reupholstered seat with famous William Morris strawberry thief top cover flanked by string inlaid sides with stylised mouldings to top which are also reflected at the bottom. All raised on four square legs united by a stretcher. This antique stool retains its original finish, deep colour and extensive patina, displaying some signs of usage and good antique character. The stool has been sympathetically restored and is ready to use at home. c1900
