A Victorian Burr Walnut trumpet work box and dating from around 1870. This work box has a moulded edge to the top with a wide lip underneath. The top lifts up to reveal assorted compartments inside. It stands on a tapered hexagonal central support which is turned to the bottom with a finial underneath. It stands on 3 shaped and carved legs on carved feet.
