Description

A characterful antique pine kitchen table with a plank top displaying attractive natural grain and warm colour throughout. The table stands on sturdy slightly tapering square legs and features a single drawer to one end fitted with a traditional turned wooden knob. The top has a pleasing scrubbed appearance with visible knots, grain patterns and natural imperfections which add to the overall charm and authenticity of the piece. The drawer runs well and the table has a lovely honest country house appearance.

CONDITION REPORT

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches and natural imperfections to the timber commensurate with age and use. There is some light staining and slight fuzziness to the grain across sections of the top as shown. The drawer runs smoothly and the table remains solid and sturdy throughout. Overall, a lovely example with excellent character.
