A fine early 19th-century Worcester porcelain lobed rectangular tray or plaque, decorated by the renowned Worcester partnership Doe & Rogers.
The piece is richly decorated with a central polychrome floral composition, finely painted with English garden flowers on a dark ground. The panel is enclosed within an elaborate ivory and gilt scroll cartouche, set against a deep green ground. The shaped border is further enhanced with gilding and pierced moulded corners.
The reverse is marked Doe & Rogers, 17 High Street, Worcester. Enoch Doe and George Rogers were highly regarded decorators associated with Worcester porcelain, their work being especially admired for coloured grounds, refined painting and gilt enrichment.
A very decorative and collectible example of early 19th-century Worcester porcelain, suitable for cabinet display or wall/plaque presentation.

Condition: Excellent condition, with no damage or restoration. Minor manufacturing blemishes, light surface wear and minor rubbing to the gilding consistent with age.
