C. 1890. Pair of Napoleon III, Satin and Walnut, Three Tier Étagère (French).
A very near pair of Victorian satinwood and walnut three-tier étagères, Circa 1890, decorated in the French taste, each graduated oval shelf with a marquetry border of flowers and foliage, and a gilt-metal pierced gallery, raised on turned supports terminating in scrolled gilt-metal feet.
CONDITION:
Wear commensurate with age. One leg on one étagère slightly bowed. Completely untouched. Could benefit from screws in shelves being tightened. Both in good structural condition overall.
