Robert Belcher Antiques has dated this George II Burr Elm Lowboy to the 18th Century.
The drawers are constructed with all original pine linings which are in good condition.

The top is beautifully veneered in matching burr elm with fruitwood stringing and is finished in a plain quadrant short grained moulding around its edge.
The sides and legs appear to be made from solid walnut.
This fine English lowboy is in very good original condition and has a lovely rich colour and age related patina.
