A wonderful antique oil painting on canvas of the horse "Ferniehurst Frivolous" both signed and dated by Federick Albert Clark 1900 . As the son of Albert Clark, grandson of James Clark and brother of William Albert Clark, Federick comes from a background of acclaimed animal artists. The painting is in great condition and is framed in a delightful gilt trimmed birds eye maple frame ready to be hung. Dimensions provided are for the overall picture including the frame. The internal picture dimensions are W: 56cm and H: 46cm.
