A Georgian period, fusee verge pocket watch. A pair case example with an inner and outer silver case. A rare 'SPEED THE PLOUGH' convex enamel dial with brass hands. A country farmers scene and house in the background. A 'bullseye' convex glass. A superbly detailed verge fusee mechanism with gilt plates and a pierced back cock. A key wind mechanism. Silver London hallmarks for 1807.
