Set of 8 Carved Oak High Back Chairs

1900 - 1920
Description

A splendid set of 8 carved oak high back armchairs. Of very good construction in solid oak, with crisply carved decorations throughout. Each chair adorned with a different "green man" face to the crest. With lovely upholstery in conker coloured leather complete with brass studwork to the surrounds. Standing on turned baluster legs which are united by X frame under-stretchers. With high backs and with paded arms. Strong , sturdy and free from wobbles. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops and now offered for sale in very good condition, ready to go straight into the home.
