We have a highly appealing 3 door glazed English bookcase possessing a pleasing on the eye classic period design and of good quality. The flat round pad feet and well sized plinth support a lesser seen 3 door arrangement with arched frames to all three doors. All doors have working locks operated by the same key. Inside there are 3 adjustable thick solid oak shelves original to the bookcase. Condition is good with a pleasing tone and grain to the solid oak and light sensible aging - we have a little repair to the rear of the right hand side beading of about 4cms - not particularly noticeable or a concern. Overall it’s weighty, sturdy and sitting firm.
