Antique Pressed Wood Misers Snuff Box- Depicting Birds, Animals Etc

This is a late 1700s/early 1800s  carved  misers wooden snuff box, because the mechanism only opens slightly to dispense a small pinch of snuff.
 
The lid features a central large bird or eagle figure surrounded by smaller circular  roundels with birds, hearts and stags along with  stars.
 
The snuff box measures 8cm w x 2cm h.
