A very shapely English 19th century antique iron base console / side table with an amazing antique marble table top that is in wonderful condition and a great colour. To the back is a small oak up stand with a matching oak under shelf. The antique table has well shaped iron legs that finish on lion’s paw feet. All in very good, clean condition. Perfect as a console / side table and maybe as a decorative bedside table too. The actual table top measures 86.5cm wide x 40cm deep.

During the 19th century, industrial manufacturing allowed for intricate cast iron furniture frames to be produced efficiently.
