Superb Solid Silver Pheasant Shooting Box 1900 Antique French Import 54g Hunting

Description

A beautiful German Hanau solid silver box. It is hallmarked with German Hanau marks along with the French weevil import mark - I would date it to c1900. It has been superbly made being cast with a shooting scene. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, the inside is clean. It closes tightly. It measures approx. 2.75 inches (7cm) across by over 2 inches (5.4cm) wide by 0.75 inch (1.9cm) tall and weighs 54 grams. A very pretty piece.
