Longue paume which is also known as jeu de longue paume (or long tennis) is an outdoor version of jeu de paume which is an ancestor of modern lawn tennis. It has been popularly played for several centuries in France and was played as part of the Paris 1900 Summer Olympics. This is still played today being mostly played in Picardy, France with the governing body (Federation Francaise de Longue Paume) having it's headquarters in Amiens.

Condition: Very good antique condition with signs of use in keeping with age. Some general wear, marks, broken strings, splits and slightly warped. Please see pictures.
