Also stamped J, Wood Blakey to Blade. Having a Basket hilt and ray skin grip, and copper bindings, blade 81cm long, single fuller, fully engraved 3/4 length with a white metal scabbard.
Condition reports etching marks on the blade can be made out, but rubbed with age. (Additional photographs of the blade have been taken.)Age fading to grip. Age surface marks to the hilt and blade. Age scratches the blade. Age staining to the scabbard. Generally, all-round good condition for the age.
