A stunning and highly decorative antique Minton Lustre vase, dating to circa 1920, featuring beautifully detailed hand-enamelled parrot panels — an eye-catching and increasingly collectible example of early 20th-century English art pottery.

This charming vase is decorated with two oval cartouches, each finely painted with a colourful exotic parrot perched beside an urn overflowing with fruit and flowers, creating a rich, vibrant composition full of character and elegance.

The body of the vase is finished in a striking iridescent blue-lilac lustre glaze, beautifully complemented by gilded highlights and elegant gilt ring borders to the top and base, adding warmth and refinement to this already exceptional piece.

The underside bears the official MINTONS factory backstamp, confirming authenticity and maker.

Condition:

Offered in very good antique condition, with bright enamel colours and a lovely lustre finish. There is minor age-related wear to the gilding, consistent with age and gentle handling, but overall it presents beautifully.
