This is a beautiful sturdy antique English silver pommel handled walking stick, circa 1860 in date.
The striking stick features an ornate embossed silver knop cast and chased with scrolling foliate decoration centred with a shield shaped cartouche engraved with monogram initials, the domed top with radiating foliate ornament decoration on a gently tapering malacca wood shaft with its original metal ferrule.
