Antique Pine Chapel Pew

An attractive and well presented antique pine chapel pew. The antique pew features a solid seat with a panelled back, incorporating a useful book rack behind, fitted with traditional iron holders for communion glasses. To one end is an enamel number plate with the number 20. The ends are nicely shaped adding to its overall charm and character. The pine displays a warm, natural tone throughout.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches to the seat, back and ends. There is some fading to the base, along with general wear consistent with use. The piece remains structurally solid and sound. Overall, a lovely example.
