The stone is secured by four 18k yellow gold claws within a surround of 10 old mine cut diamond is silver rubover settings. On a slender 18k yellow gold shank.

Accompanied by a sapphire report from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory stating the sapphire is natural, unheated, and originates from either Sri Lanka (Ceylon) or Madagascar.
Cut: Oval cut sapphire and old mine cut diamonds.

Colour: The diamonds range from I to J.
Clarity: The sapphire is eye-clean. The diamonds range from VS2 to SI2; all are eye-clean.
Carat: The sapphire is 2.06 carat, with an approximate diamond weight of 1.20.

Circa: 1905.
Size: L (UK) or 5 1/2 (US). Free sizing available.
Measurements: The sapphire is 7.8 x 6.7mm. The head of the ring is 14.25 x 12.5mm and sits 7.8mm from the finger.
Weight: 4.73 grams.
Metal: 18k yellow gold. The diamonds are set in silver. Tested with a Niton DXL Precious Metal Analyzer.
