Description

A Large 19th Century Cast Iron Stick Stand.

The centre with sixteen circular divisions, the facing edge finished with a darted frieze, the ends meeting scrolled leaf handles, with rope twist grips. The side panels with leaf filled lancets, held within hare bell and pine leaf columns. The base with two lift out trays, within the stepped plinth, the buttress corners holding the hare bell and pine leaf columns.

Date circa 1850.
