Description

Dating to the late Victorian era or into the Edwardian era, around 1900, this unusually shaped stationery box has a lid inlaid with a classical Urn, most stylish.

The front and top panels are inlaid with Satinwood. The lid opens to reveal a fully fitted interior for stationery, letters, and all those other pieces of paper we all have lying around; a practical desk-tidy.

Excellent condition with minor wear commensurate with age, measuring 10 3/4" wide at rear, 7 1/2" wide at front 7 1/4" deep x 7 3/4" tall at rear.
