Description

A fine Victorian silver jam or sauces spoon in the very rare Hanoverian thread and drop pattern with a prominent rat tail and a rounded rectangular bowl. The reverse of the terminal with a unicorn crest. This pattern is illustrated and described on page 90 of ‘Silver Flatware’ by Ian Pickford. By top makers of the period, excellent weight, quality and condition, crest worn, ready to be used.
