Description

A English Georgian mahogany roll top desk/ cylinder bureau . A classic country house period piece of furniture, Dating from circa 1770 comprising of a cylindrical roll top that slides open to reveal a fitted interior with pigeonholes and small drawers.

Finished with a brass trim and decorative brass handles , retaining its pull-out sliding writing surface in its original burgundy leather . The base has two deep drawers and sat on elegant turned legs with its original castors . In very good condition with a decorative warm aged colour to the outside .
