A nicely carved single 17thc oak caryatid, of a lady with folded arms and wearing an elaborate headdress and robe...the caryatid would have been originally applied to a piece of furniture or panelling, ....I always say I would have loved to have seen the piece of furniture that it came from, I''m sure it would have been very impressive....excellent colour & patina...
