A Victorian curl-mahogany partner’s desk of excellent quality, fitted with twelve drawers and two cupboards, arranged to match on both sides for true dual-use functionality. Each drawer front is finished in book-matched veneer and dressed with elegant swan-neck handles, giving the desk a refined, balanced symmetry. The top retains its black blind-tooled leather writing surface, beautifully worn-in yet smart, and the whole piece stands on a shaped plinth base that grounds it with authority. A substantial, impressive desk with presence and practicality.
