A stunning and very decorative 7 piece Chinoiserie bedroom suite by Maples & Co. of London. The figured walnut having wonderful Chinese decoration with scenes of pagodas, islands, junks, fishermen, water carriers, birds, willow trees, kites and Chinese characters. All having wonderful raised lacquer in reds, greens, browns, silver, whites and blacks with high quality gilded highlights. The suite includes a well fitted 3 door wardrobe, tryptic dressing table, compactum wardrobe, Pair cane seated side chairs, dressing table stool and large foot stool. Condition- very good.
