A Superb George V Silver Mounted Whisky Jug & Matching Label

Description

A superb silver mounted Whisky jug from the reign of George V. This unusual example is fitted with a hallmarked silver collar and has a pouring lip. The body has optic ribbing, an applied handle and retains the original matching stopper. There is the original hallmarked silver Whisky label included. It is an attractive and usable piece of antique glassware and a great gift idea for the Whisky drinker. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Excellent, with no holes or splits to the collar. No chips, cracks to the glass. There are a number of tiny blemishes to inside of the collar, commensurate with age and use. The label is undamaged.
