A charming and highly collectable 18th-century Bilston enamel patch box, dating to circa 1790–1800, crafted in a desirable oval form with rich blue enamel decoration.
The lid is beautifully inscribed with “A Token of Love”, a classic and sought-after sentimental motif of the period.

Deep blue enamel exterior
Ormolu mounts and a hinged lid
Original mirror plate for the interior
White enamel interior
