A 19th Century George 11 style, Carved Mahogany Side Chair with Tapestry Seat.

A bold English country house wide seat side or dining chair of imposing character of the great cabinet maker-workshops style of the 18th century, George 11.

A late 19th century, well constructed carved mahogany frame with impressive cabriole legs, terminating at ball and claw feet and shell carved decoration to the knees.

The floral theme tapestry style upholstered seat and back is a later, professional addition, complimented with studded edges.

A handsome antique chair, a versatile day or bedroom chair of excellent proportions and condition. A day or bedroom chair, hallway or dressing room, kitchen dayroom etc.., a fine quality chair from a skilled workshop with considerable decorative appeal.
