Country House and Eastern Interiors has dated this Antique Bidjar Kelleh Carpet to the 1870s.
Quite an early bijar kelleh as they are referred to. Ideal for an entrance hall or larger room.

Primarily madder red and blue with yellow,ivory and greens.

It has some minor condition issues namely an 8cm tear to left side edge,small freyed hole,minor end losses. All imaged over 30 images.

Restored this carpet could be 10-15k. But offered at a trade sale price and still perfectly usable as is.
17 foot 7 inches by 7 foot 8 inches. 536cm X 234cm. At widest points. It is extremely heavy as bijar carpets are known as "iron rugs" because of the way the weft threads are hammered down tightly being more in the density of the weave thus making it twice as heavy.
