Hutton-Clarke antiques is pleased to offer an early 18th Century Walnut Lowboy with strinhing.Standing on finely shaped cabriole legs terminating in pointed pad feet. The piece features a well-figured walnut quarter veneered top with delicate stringing, above a shaped apron and three drawers fitted with period-style brass handles and escutcheons. The drawer fronts are framed with fine stringing, adding refinement and highlighting the quality of the walnut veneers.

The cabriole legs are particularly pleasing, giving the lowboy a graceful and balanced stance, while the shaped apron provides a classic early Georgian silhouette.
