An Original Antique Pine Victorian Painted Blue Carved 3 Drawer Chest of Drawers

This chest of drawers has been professionally stripped, restored and painted in a lovely blue paint. The edges have then been rubbed over giving it a stunning appearance.

This chest of drawers would look well in a large property bedroom amongst similar painted antique pine furniture. This would look fabulous in a downstairs room with decorative items placed on top. It is very heavy so I will require a hand off the van with it.

These Hungarian chests are very large so please be aware your staircase needs to be wide enough to get it upstairs and to be able to maneuver it on the landing.

This chest stands on square back legs and round turned front bun feet supporting the main section. There are three large drawers. The drawers have ceramic handles and there is a wonderful carving upon the drawers. There is also a key escutcheon to the middle. The drawers are pine lined and have dovetail joints. To the sides there are fluted columns and carved corbles. The top has a slight bull nosed edge.

The height is 108cm, the width is 126cm and the depth is 60cm. The internal measurements of the drawers are - the height is 26cm, the width is 101cm and the depth is 49cm.

Shipping /delivery is equally as important to us as the item of furniture itself. It is simple; we deliver everything personally in England / Wales so this way we are 100% sure that the item / furniture reaches our customers safe and sound. We NEVER use couriers. Delivery is generally within 7-14 days of purchase. We guarantee delivery anywhere in England / Wales within 21 days of purchase.

Deliveries are either carried out by David or James as one member of the team is required to stay in the warehouse, therefore we do require assistance from the van into your hallway with the item of furniture. We have set delivery days and once the van is loaded (a day prior to delivery) David will call customers to arrange a two hour delivery time slot. Customers will also receive a text when delivery is 30 minutes away.

It is really helpful if customers can provide their ‘what3words’ location to make delivery as smooth

as possible, especially properties in rural locations.

Ireland Deliveries

We do use a very good courier company called DVM Service to deliver goods to Ireland. We ask the customer to pay this company direct for the delivery charge and we then liaise with DVM regarding collection of a customer’s item of furniture to be shipped to Ireland.

Europe & Rest of the World

We do not ship to Europe or the Rest of the World.
