Antique 20th century Jacobean style sideboard in golden oak, a very well made and fine quality piece with excellent craftsmanship throughout. Featuring a raised gallery to the top, this is a very desirable and attractive example.
The sideboard is fitted with two cupboards, one on either side; the left cupboard contains a single internal shelf, while the right cupboard is fitted with bottle storage. To the centre are two drawers, all retaining their original brass handles and fittings, adding to the authenticity and character of the piece.
It stands on elegant barley twist legs united by matching barley twist stretchers, giving it a classic Jacobean look. The golden oak has a beautiful colour and displays a stunning natural grain throughout.
Solidly constructed and practical, this is a versatile piece ideal for storage and suitable for a range of interiors.
Condition is good for its age, with general age-related wear, but overall it presents very well.
