Made in slate with walnut and meshed doors, inside are three slide out adjustable in height slate shelves and with vented apertures on both sides. In excellent, clean, complete and original condition. The large brass makers plaque is one one door, saying Eureka Slate and Meat Safe, patented. Designed originally to keep food stuffs cool, could be used as a normal cupboard, or for food again if you don’t have a pantry. Dates to around 1880, complete with all the original metal ware.
